Types of Submissions

Papers. Refereed papers for publication in the Proceedings, up to
six pages. These will be presented either as Oral Presentation
Papers or as Posters (to be decided by the program
committee). In either case they will appear in the Proceedings
as six page papers.

Symposia. Proposals for a complete 90-minute symposium on
current research topics.
The organizer/chair of the symposium should provide a one-page
summary, to be included in the Proceedings if accepted. The one page
summary should have the following information:
1. List
a) Organizer/Chair of the symposium b) Discussant(s) and c) all
participants/speakers, providing relevant information
about their affiliation,
2. Present an approx. 100 words
general abstract of the symposium,
3. Present an approx. 100 words
abstract for each individual presentation.

Poster Abstracts. A one-page abstract may be submitted for a
poster. Accepted posters will be presented at the conference. A
one-page abstract will be included in the Proceedings if accepted.
Deadlines
All
submissions due: November 15, 2006
Acceptance
notifications: February 15, 2007
Final
camera-ready copies due: March 9, 2007
Submission Formats
All submissions must be in PDF (Adobe
Acrobat) files. These files must be readable by the standard
Acrobat Reader with no security restrictions. For your convenience,
there are files for Microsoft Word and LaTeX that you can use
as templates. With a few exceptions (especially length) the formatting
details are the same for all types of submissions. Please do not edit
the margins or font settings of these files.

Please note: As an issue of fairness,
submissions that exceed these lengths will be rejected without
review. Similarly, submission files that are not readable or editable
will be rejected without review.

electronically, via PDF (Adobe Acrobat) files. The URL to use for

Formats of Posters and Presentations
Each poster must fit into a space that
is 0.90 meters (width) X 1.70 meters (height)(2.95 by 5.5 feet).
Oral Presentation Papers will be 20
minutes long (5 minutes of discussion included).
LCD projectors will be used for talks,
with standard VGA connectors. You will need to bring your own laptop
computer. If you want to bring a Macintosh, please be sure to bring
the appropriate adapter.
